Critical illness, ICU organisation and access to recovery support vary widely across Asia and Africa. This priority-setting partnership was created to identify questions that reflect the experiences of people receiving, supporting and delivering critical care in lower-resourced settings.
CCAA is described by the James Lind Alliance as a Wellcome-funded, clinician-led community of practice seeking to improve outcomes, strengthen research capacity and support ICU service provision.
